Are You Productive Or Simply Addicted To Being Busy-candle june

Do you chronically sacrifice your body for the sake of being productive? Do you over extend, over do and over commit? Do you feel unsupported, numb or victimized by all the conflicting demands of the day? Do you rationalize in your head that things are going to get better, so you dont have to feel the unknown? Then to keep up with that kind of schedule (because this mode of operation is biologically unnatural for the body) do you compensate by consuming high volume of sugar and/or caffeine, go for a 3 hour run after work, kick into some spiritual bypass state, have a cigarette or have a few drinks every night after work to take the edge off? What if I told you there is another possibility Gary Douglas, founder of Access Consciousness suggests : Receiving is not done on this planet. Doing, doing, doing in order to make sure you dont have to receive is whats done on this planet. This has to change. You have to be willing to receive. What if this construct of busyness and overcommitment youve createdwasnt real? And you created it because that was an easier place to put all your creative energies than fully receiving and owning your incredible power and potential. We often give our power away to people, places and circumstances, identify with it, make it real, then feed it for centuries (many company cultures are based on this model), because to own our full power, awesomeness and creative juice is somehow too scary. I want you to come out of your story that you are at the mercy of people, places and things. I want you to lovingly see your struggles for what they are ~ your creation. I want you to open to the possibility that you are pure creative potential waiting to explode into a reality that aligns with your greatest gifts, contributions and expressions. And to do this means to start breaking your identification with and addiction to doing, and start receiving and nurturing YOU. Take back your power and realize your potential.
